Spring Clean Up

Spring Clean Up is coming to town! The city is providing a dumpster for residents from March 6th to April 3rd. The dumpster will be located in the alley behind Armoral Tuttle Library and Publick Works.

Billing Statement Delay

It has been brought to our attention that due to an electronic error, delivery of this month's billing statements have been delayed. The problem has been midigated and you can expect to receive your statements shortly. Food Drive

The Sheriff’s Office will be running a food drive for one week. You can start donating today (Dec15th) and through Dec 22nd at noon at the New Plymouth City Hall and at the Payette County Sheriff’s Office. The Payette County Sheriff’s Office is teaming up with the community to provide food for those in need this holiday season. We challenge the residents of Payette County to donate as much food as possible as the donations will help fill shelves of local food banks.
Updated Water Rates & Policies (2023/2024)

The updated water rates and policies for the 2023-2024 fiscal year have been published to the city website. These rates were approved in the recent annual budget hearing and are effective October 1, 2023.
